Echo Grid Privacy

Last updated:

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Jupiter’s Echo Designs (“we”, “us”) handles information when you play Echo Grid.

Echo Grid does not require a Jupiter’s Echo Designs account. We do not use Echo Grid for advertising, analytics, behavioural tracking, or crash reporting.

Information stored on your device

Echo Grid stores gameplay and preference data locally on your device so the game can work properly. This can include settings such as audio levels, accessibility options, first-run studio-card state, local progress, and other ordinary game state needed for the current build.

If you play the web or PWA version, your browser may also keep ordinary cache or offline files needed to load the game. That storage is used for functionality, not for tracking.

Information sent to us

The current version of Echo Grid does not intentionally send gameplay telemetry, diagnostic crash reports, advertising identifiers, or analytics events to Jupiter’s Echo Designs.

In other words: game progress and settings are kept locally, and the game does not currently phone home with player behaviour, analytics, or bug/crash tracking.

Web and platform processing

If you play Echo Grid in a browser, the website host may still process ordinary technical web request data needed to serve the site, as described in the main site privacy notice at /privacy/.

Any browser, platform, or external service you use to access Echo Grid may process information under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

Retention and deletion

Local Echo Grid data stays on your device until you clear app/browser storage, remove the PWA data, or uninstall the game.

Because the game does not currently send gameplay or crash data to our own servers, there is no player account profile or telemetry history for us to manage on a server-side system.
